Red Ember Pizza
While Winnipeg has been relatively late to this trend, food trucks in Winnipeg are offering a variety of food options. You may have seen the big red truck serving pizza. That is the Red Ember and more than simply serving pizza to a hungry lunch crowds, Red Ember also provides an insight into the growth and challenges in food trucks and locally sourced food.
